Coming into this season Bautista averaged 17 home runs per every full season/575 plate appearances. Hopefully this is the Bautista that so many teams were hoping for as he bounced from the Pirates to the Orioles to the Devil Rays to the Royals back to the Pirates before landing in Toronto rather than 2010’s version of Brady Anderson.
