Brewers 7, Pirates 2
Innings 1-6 (Which I Didn’t See): Pirates lead 2-1 and James McDonald is cruising. The Brewers can’t square the ball up, and it looks like the Pirates might win a quick one.
Innings 7-9 (Which I Did Tune In For): James McDonald gets destroyed to the tune of six earned runs and the Pirates absolutely fall apart. They never mount anything resembling a rally and ensure that anyone who enjoyed the first half of the game will be very upset that they stuck around for the second part.
But Chris Narveson got his tenth win of the season which must be nice for him. So I’ll try not to hold any grudges.
