Dallas Braden almost did it again. Braden went threw 8 innings of shutout ball while walking two and only allowing Nelson Cruz’s first inning single in the Athletics 5-0 victory against Texas. Imagine how much more exciting this game would have been if Cruz hadn’t been such a jerk and held onto that single until later in the game? Way to suck all the history out of the game, Nelson.
