Why yes, that is the generously listed 250 lb Rich Garces holding his Nashua Pride Bobble Belly doll. Sadly this giveaway came in 2007 before the popularization of the .gif, otherwise we’d still be enjoying the gently jiggling image.
Oh, and sadly there are no Bobbles currently on eBay, so you can thank me for saving you a few minutes.
