Which would be the steal of the century for the White Sox if they thought it up. Sure, they’d be giving up their fiery manager who likes playing Mark Kotsay at DH and running into as many outs as possible, but they would also be picking up a player who might hit forty home runs in his second season.
Too bad this didn’t actually happen, otherwise we would be looking at a trade that would be second only to the Babe Ruth for cash trade as most lopsided of all time.
