Justin Bopp over at Beyond the Box Score made this nifty little graphic which led him to the conclusion that Bagwell was four seasons away from a Hall of Fame career.
Personally, seeing some of the absolutely bonkers seasons Bagwell put up like 1994 when he slugged .750, along with the fact that Bagwell retired due to a shoulder injury and not ineffectiveness, makes him a first ballot candidate in my mind.
Where do you stand, should Bagwell be in the Hall of Fame or is he merely a very good player?
