It’s like someone just gave me an early Christmas present. Here is “You Gotta Believe,” the theme song for the 1990 Pirates. It’s featured in an old episode of “Inside Pirates Baseball” hosted by Lanny Frattare, the former voice of the Bucs. Gee, can you believe the Pirates had fans that believed in them as little as 20 years ago?
The music video starts around the five minute mark, but if you are interested in terrible haircuts and video time capsules, the whole thing is worth watching. And if anyone has a copy of this song as a single, please, I beg you to come forward.
