What’s in a Beard?
Last week, the Brooklyn Cyclones hosted Williamsburg Night, honoring the brave men and women who selflessly give of themselves everyday by checking out the coolest bands and wearing only the best of vinage threads. The event, which featured a skinny jeans race and free goodies for bearded Brooklyners, even featured a handy guide for determining just what is a beard.

My complaint? The Cyclones didn’t go far enough. I’m here to help.

Not a beard.

Not a beard.

A bearded fish hook is not a beard.

Not a beard.

Again, wrong kind of beard.

That’s a bear, not a beard. Were you even listening?

Now, that’s a beard!
