What Your Favorite Utility Player Was Worth in 2012 →

The greatest thing about the internet is that when it is occasionally lacking, someone will come along and plug the hole. That’s what Carson Cistulli did recently, when, seeing that no one had put together a sortable chart of utility infielder value, took it upon himself to make one. That’s what I would call a hero.

Sadly, all my favorites like Omar Vizquel, Jack Wilson, and Don Kelly were among the least valuable, but perhaps that’s a problem with the methodology not accurately gauging grit and tenacity. Yeah, that’s it.

It’s a fun chart, one with vital information should you be interested in joining the OTFB Utility Player fantasy league next year. Click through to check it out.
