Baseball Card of the Week: 

Today, in honor of Sammy Sosa’s amazing Pinterest page, the one that reminds you that yes, it is Sammy Sosa, I present to you a Sosa from a simpler time. One when he didn’t need to pose for endless photographs or create social media pages. No, this was a time when he could just run through the outfield, the wind blowing through his high top fade. 

While only 6% of his career home runs were hit with the White Sox, 95% of his style points were from then.

I know I was iffy on his Hall of Fame candidacy before, but I’m sold now.
