Evan Longoria Has AK-47 Stolen

It’s really not been a great month for the Rays. First, Evan Longoria’s car was stolen and now $50,000 in good have been taken from Messrs. Longoria, Price and Brignac. Among those items though, is an AK-47 belonging to Longoria. 

While the sheriff’s office is quick to point out that the weapon is “legal” one must wonder why Longoria has an AK-47 while in a rented home in Florida. Does he really worry about people stealing his hat? Or maybe Longoria is like Moe Berg and he’s actually a baseball player/spy. That would be cool. Or maybe the house has a terrible rat problem and Longoria plans on taking them out with a vengeance. 

Curious minds want to know.
