With spring training set to start tomorrow (We’ve done it, surviving another harsh winter!), now is a wonderful time to look back at the communication skills of Jim Leyland. For while the rest of English-speaking nations most commonly use the word ‘the’, Jim Leyland prefers to keep his language a bit saltier.
