Kevin Correia Leads the League In Wins With Seven
I’ll let that sink in for a minute. He’s also struck out the fewest batters per nine in the National League at 3.98. Take that xFIP! Computers don’t know how to play baseball!
Or we could just chalk this up to Memorial Day still residing a few days away. Still, for a guy who struggled so mightily after losing his brother last season, I think we can let Correia have the small sample size and luck-induced early season success.
(Thanks to Grant Bisbee who supplied me with much of the information, keeping me from the dreaded ‘R’: Research)
