David Price Is Unbreakable

Remember that Bruce Willis movie, Unbreakable, where he survived a train wreck because he was a superhero or something? It’s the forgotten M. Night Shyamalan movie, living in that mediocre realm where movies go to die, neither good or bad enough to be remembered.

Well, David Price is like that.

First, he destroyed Cleveland, who are all of a sudden cooling down and have lost three in a row for only the second time this season. Price went 7 shutout innings, gave up four hits, two walks and struck out two in the Rays victory 5-0 victory.

That wasn’t his most impressive act today, though. No, that came when Price used his personal force field to deflect the shattered bat from his face, leaving nary a mark. You know, just like Bruce Willis in that movie Unbreakable. Don’t any of you watch cable TV during boring afternoons? Come on, now.

As @KenTremendous said, “Thank God David Price is in The Matrix.’
