Better get those Christmas lists ready because Fantagraphics is releasing a Peanuts collection featuring only the baseball strips this December next April (So I guess you don’t need to do anything with your Christmas lists).
It will be 64 pages, two-color, and, which I find hilarious, is billed as coming in a pleasing hand-held format. Because of all those other books that require apparatuses to peek through. While I’ll be desperate to read this streamlined version of Peanuts, I just feel bad for Larry Granillo who had to do all the leg work on his own when putting together Charlie Brown’s statistics. Hopefully they’ll include the calculations in the back, or maybe make a Charlie Brown baseball card bookmark.
(Oh yeah, there’s a blog for that too, by the way.)
