Old Time Family Baseball

And hello to you too, Mr. Posey. Could you at least try and pretend that you find this little game that we mortals call baseball a little difficult? Posey went 3-4 in the Giants absolute destruction the Diamondbacks and in the process raised Billy Buckner’s ERA to 11.08.

After the game, Posey said this:

There are a lot of good hitters on this team. I don’t feel I have to do a lot of extraordinary things to help us get a win

I’m not sure what team Posey is talking about, but there aren’t. The Giants will need Posey to keep hitting like this because saying things are bleak offensively is like saying the volcano in Dante’s Peak was suffering from indigestion.
