Gotham has Bruce Wayne, but St. Louis has no need because they have Albert Pujols. After toying with the American public in May, letting his average drop all the way (gasp) .299, Pujols grew tired of his game and he broke out with 3 home runs, 2 walks and and 4 RBI in the Cardinals 9-1 win against the Cubs.
It just feels right to have Pujols destroying anything that’s thrown over the plate.
