Reason #472 to Follow the Pirates Other Than Expecting Them To Contend: They grow mustaches as a team. How awesome is that? Zach Duke kicked off the trend and now Ryan Doumit, Steve Pearce and Ross Ohlendorf showed up for work today with a little bit of fuzz above the top lip. Their mustaches are not fully formed, but give them time. A good analogy is their mustaches are prospects currently in the minor leagues and they need their chance to develop.
This is a team of facial hair all-stars.
