Jeff Francouer after he, David Wright and Ike Davis all homered in the Mets 6-0 victory over the Twins.
Jon Niese put in another good outing for the Mets, but Scott Baker has had a miserable June. In 29.2 innings across 5 starts, Baker has given up 20 runs on 8 home runs. It’s the Twins lack of pitching outside of Pavano that has allowed them to fall back to the pack in the AL Central.
