Happy Tumblr Tuesday!
A mighty big hello and thank you to all the new followers!
But now, in lieu of begging for recommendations this week, I’m going to recommend one of my favorite baseball Tumblrs: Let’s Go Dodgers. Despite the fact that I live in LA now, and the fact that the Dodgers have some of the greatest history in the game (Jackie Robinson, Sandy Koufax, Gibson’s homer), I still can’t bring myself to root for them. It’s probably a Manny/McCourt thing—I just hate them so much. Still, Let’s Go Dodgers makes me wish I could join in on all the fun. So if you haven’t been following it already, go forth and do it now.
Oh, and if you want to know anything, just ask. Shoe size, favorite type of male pattern baldness, why the sacrifice bunt is still the greatest play in baseball despite all scientific fact showing otherwise, that sort of thing.
