It’s hard to believe that it’s already over. That we’ll all have to wait another 365 days. Here’s another list…more to come later tonight.
Houston dealt center fielder Michael Bourn to Atlanta for outfielder Jordan Schafer and pitchers Brett Oberholtzer, righthander Paul Clemens and righthander Juan Abreu.
The Diamondbacks shipped first baseman Brandon Allen and pitcher Jordan Norbeto to the A’s for reliever Brad Ziegler.
Health Bell stayed put, but San Diego sent reliever Mike Adams to the Rangers in exchange for pitching prospects Joe Wieland and Robert Erlin.
Pittsburgh made another move, acquiring Ryan Ludwick from the Padres for some dude that we will know about sooner or later.
The Red Sox, Dodgers, and Mariners all got a little weird and executed a three-way trade. Boston received pitcher Erik Bedard and reliver Josh Fields from Seattle. They sent minor league catcher Tim Federowicz, righty Juan Rodriguez, and righty Stephen Fife to Los Angeles. They also sent prospect outfielder Chih Hsien Chiang to Seattle. The Dodgers sent outfield prospect Trayvon Robinson to Seattle as well.
